Principal's Weekly Message
June 10, 2022
Dear PS 64 Families,
Many
thanks to Mr. I and all of the teachers and staff who made today’s
field day a huge success. Thank you to all of our families who joined
us at FDR Park. It’s a joy to be able to have all of our traditional
pre-COVID events and celebrations.
As we begin closing another successful school year, please note the following dates for next week.
- Tuesday, June 14: PS 64 Spring Concert
- Wednesday, June 15: Career day at PS 64
- Friday, June 17: Ballroom Dancing Culminating Event
Mayor
Adams today relaxed mask mandates in schools and daycare centers for 2-
to 4-year-old children, making them optional. 3K and Pre-K families
may choose to have their children not wear a mask beginning Monday.
Congratulations
to all of our Puerto Rican New Yorkers as we celebrate the annual New
York City Puerto Rican parade’s in-person return on Sunday after a
2-year COVID hiatus.
Wishing you a restful and peaceful weekend, I remain,
Yours in service,
Marlon L. Hosang
